BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven person to join as Import/Export Specialist at our Manufacturing Plant in Izmir.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate verification of customer orders and confirm shipments.
- Extract orders from SAP and create weekly shipment plans.
- Coordinate material availability with Production Planning
- Prepare necessary documents in compliance with customs regulations and customer requirements.
- Organize transportation logistics for efficient material flow.
- Verify invoices related to export expenses.
- Collect and maintain data for all shipments.
Education & Experiences
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
- Fluent English and Turkish language (min. B2)
