Drive subscriber growth and product penetration through door-to-door outreach, events, and property engagement across assigned MDUs. Support property launches, onboarding, and installations; manage orders and account updates in ICOMS; upsell and educate residents; partner with account managers and property managers to build long-term relationships and meet revenue targets.

Serve as customer-facing technical expert for FTTH/FTTP and business connectivity sales. Support site surveys, solution design, presentations, RFQ/RFP responses, training, mentoring, and technical partner evaluations to enable sales wins.

Manage and grow subscriber base at large multi-dwelling properties by selling Blue Stream video, internet, and voice services. Build relationships with property management and boards, coordinate launches and meetings, support sales and marketing, retain accounts, collect property data, and ensure timely service delivery while resolving issues and guiding internal teams.

Sell and promote Blue Stream video, internet, and voice services to multi-dwelling properties. Build property management relationships, support onsite launches, handle registrations, installations, billing setup, training, escalations, and data entry. Coordinate marketing collateral, update implementation timelines, create orders in ICOMS, and transition accounts to normal operations.

Lead revenue operations and analytics to ensure accurate reporting, scalable systems, and cross-functional execution. Build executive dashboards, drive revenue planning and forecasting, optimize CRM and reporting tools, manage sales compensation and GTM processes, and lead initiatives to improve conversion, reduce timelines, and support executive decision-making.

Design, implement, and maintain Wi‑Fi networks for multi-dwelling units: conduct site surveys, configure access points/controllers, troubleshoot RF and network issues, document topology and procedures, monitor performance, and train clients and teams.
