Maintain sanitation and standard operating procedures in a dining facility. Perform pre-meal setup, wash and sanitize dishware, silverware, pots and pans, maintain dishwashing equipment and water temperatures, replenish serving items and salad bar, clean dining areas, follow TB Med 530, cooperate with inspections, and perform assigned shift duties.

Provide onsite healthcare security: patrol, observe and report hazards, screen visitors, de-escalate incidents, respond to emergencies, maintain logs, inspect security/fire equipment, complete required training and pass pre-employment screenings.

Provide hospital security: patrol premises, screen visitors, de-escalate incidents, respond to emergencies (fire, medical, hazardous events), inspect security and fire equipment, maintain logs and reports, enforce property removal policy, and complete required healthcare security training and screenings.

Perform galley (kitchen) duties following HACCP food-safety standards and BCI policies. Tasks include heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), prolonged standing/walking, frequent bending/stooping/reaching. Work assignments come from the Head Cook, Supervisor, or Project Manager; management may reassign duties as needed.

Lead galley operations by supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation, managing workflow and recordkeeping, operating commercial equipment, and handling physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Provide administrative and logistical support for regional security operations including filing, data entry, billing, payroll, tracking uniforms and equipment, handling confidential employee information, and general clerical tasks supporting the Support Services Department.

Manage human resources functions with emphasis on compliance in regulated environments. Apply federal and state employment law knowledge, support employees (including on military installations), handle confidential issues, and provide strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Oversees quality control activities in a dining facility, verifying information, checking equipment, assisting the dining facility manager, and establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures. Requires regular physical activity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Supervise and lead protective services personnel, manage security operations, design and deliver law enforcement/security training, ensure compliance with policies and licensing, and provide organizational security leadership.

Supervise security officers and shifts in complex healthcare facilities, act as off-hours relief for account manager, conduct roving patrols, respond to emergencies, maintain access control, prepare detailed incident reports, troubleshoot cameras and intrusion detection systems, and assist with training and post order reviews.
