Responsibilities include 3D modeling, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, technical reviews, interface coordination, prototype and qualification testing support, engineering changes, configuration control, and resolving supplier and production issues.

Lead systems engineering for a complex System of Systems aerospace project. Translate operational and customer needs into architectures, requirements, and interface specifications; manage dependencies across radar, electro-optic, software, and hardware teams; and lead integration, verification, validation, troubleshooting, and field test activities. Identify risks, contribute to design reviews and trade studies, coordinate multidisciplinary technical solutions, and report system-level progress and decisions to engineering leadership.

Lead procurement for manufacturing: develop sourcing strategies, manage suppliers and contracts, ensure material availability, optimize inventory, support new product introductions, drive cost savings and continuous improvement, report KPIs, and manage the purchasing team.

Lead end-to-end sales, marketing, and business development for defense and government customers. Drive strategic opportunity identification, cultivate stakeholder relationships, manage RFI/RFP/RFQ and tender processes, collaborate with engineering/product/program teams, and close large, complex international deals.

Lead system-level design, integration, testing, and production deployment of electro-optical systems combining optics, mechanics, electronics, and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform hands-on prototype evaluation, troubleshoot system integration issues, and produce architecture, specifications, test plans, and performance reports.

Design and architect aircraft electrical wiring and systems, produce product trees and system specifications, define testing processes, ensure compliance with aviation and military standards, and travel abroad for periodic on-site work.

Lead and manage systems engineers for aerial surveillance solutions. Define and drive technical aspects of projects, oversee lab and client demos, support sales and marketing, and apply system-of-systems design, integration, and test expertise across C4I, communications, radars, electro-optics, and intelligence sensors.
