Design and integrate advanced electro-optical systems across optics, mechanics, electronics, and algorithms. Perform hands-on lab evaluations of optical components, troubleshoot integration issues, manage technical documentation, and support deployment to mass production while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Lead and manage multidisciplinary R&D projects in the defense/aerospace sector, oversee budgets and schedules, translate customer requirements into system/product specifications, manage full project lifecycle, and coordinate stakeholders and contract execution.

Lead end-to-end sales, marketing, and business development for defense and government customers. Drive strategic opportunity identification, cultivate stakeholder relationships, manage RFI/RFP/RFQ and tender processes, collaborate with engineering/product/program teams, and close large, complex international deals.

Perform loads and structural stress analyses using classical calculations and FEA tools; produce technical reports in English. Use Excel for calculations; experience with NASTRAN/PATRAN/FEMAP, fatigue, dynamics, composite materials, aircraft external loads, and civil/military specifications is advantageous. Work collaboratively within a team.

Develop and maintain real-time software for embedded systems and Windows applications. Work with Embedded Linux environments, apply RT programming expertise, and communicate effectively in Hebrew and English. Prior security-industry experience is a plus.

Plan and conduct ground and flight tests for airborne systems: define test requirements, execute tests safely, analyze data, report findings, support airworthiness certification, liaise with authorities, and build test capabilities.

Lead system-level design, integration, testing, and production deployment of electro-optical systems combining optics, mechanics, electronics, and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform hands-on prototype evaluation, troubleshoot system integration issues, and produce architecture, specifications, test plans, and performance reports.

Design and architect aircraft electrical wiring and systems, produce product trees and system specifications, define testing processes, ensure compliance with aviation and military standards, and travel abroad for periodic on-site work.
