Lead systems engineering for a complex System of Systems aerospace project. Translate operational and customer needs into architectures, requirements, and interface specifications; manage dependencies across radar, electro-optic, software, and hardware teams; and lead integration, verification, validation, troubleshooting, and field test activities. Identify risks, contribute to design reviews and trade studies, coordinate multidisciplinary technical solutions, and report system-level progress and decisions to engineering leadership.

Manage end-to-end import and export logistics for domestic and international shipments, coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, suppliers and internal teams, prepare and maintain customs and shipping documentation, obtain required licenses and permits, track shipments, resolve transportation and customs issues, and monitor transportation costs and logistics records.

Lead procurement for manufacturing: develop sourcing strategies, manage suppliers and contracts, ensure material availability, optimize inventory, support new product introductions, drive cost savings and continuous improvement, report KPIs, and manage the purchasing team.
