Develops real-time software, including applications for Embedded Linux and Windows environments. Requires an engineering degree or equivalent, at least five years of real-time programming experience, and strong Hebrew and English communication skills. Experience in the security industry is advantageous.

Designs airborne mechanical assemblies, structures, and avionics packaging from concept through manufacturing, integration, testing, and installation. Responsibilities include 3D modeling, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, technical reviews, interface coordination, prototype and qualification testing support, engineering changes, configuration control, and resolving supplier and production issues.

Plans, coordinates, and monitors projects to ensure organizational goals are achieved. Analyzes data and trends, identifies risks and opportunities, adjusts plans, manages stakeholder relationships, prepares progress and performance reports, and supports team members. Requires strong organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, plus a bachelor’s degree and preferably five or more years of related experience.
