Manage the Group's financial reporting (monthly management, quarterly, audited annual reports) and tax returns. Oversee supplier payments, monthly budget vs. actual, and resolve accounting and taxation issues. Report to the CFO/Chief Scientist and support team management as needed.

Design, develop, test, and support electronic PCBs through lifecycle for defense systems. Perform board bring-up, troubleshoot hardware, update schematics/PCB layouts, improve manufacturability, support PCB manufacturers, prepare design reviews and verification documents, and assist transition to production.

Provide executive-level support to the CEOs, manage complex calendars and travel, oversee office operations, lead the administrative team, coordinate vendors and cross-functional projects, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
