Provide administrative and coordination support for planned and reactive maintenance via CMMS, manage asset records, subcontractor documentation, billing and reporting, client updates, compliance, and process improvements to ensure timely delivery of facilities maintenance services.

Assist refrigeration and HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance and repairs. Prepare tools and sites, support loading/unloading, maintain workshop and vehicle cleanliness, help with documentation and compliance, follow safety procedures, and report hazards while learning on-the-job.

Oversee budgets from $1M to several hundred million and support senior leadership in decision-making and corrective action.

Coordinate and manage small- to medium-scale tenant maintenance and workspace projects: intake and track service requests, scope and tender work, monitor contractors and consultants, manage budgets/invoices, ensure H&S and client security compliance, maintain project documentation, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end delivery of moderate-complexity projects: define scope, develop plans, set budgets and timelines, identify and mitigate risks, oversee teams and vendors, communicate status to stakeholders, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with regulatory, environmental, and health & safety requirements. Maintain client relationships and resolve issues.

Lead planning, coordination and delivery of electrical and energy infrastructure projects for New Zealand schools, managing scope, budgets, contractors, compliance, quality assurance, procurement, reporting and stakeholder engagement from scoping to handover.

Coordinate minor residential modification projects from quotation to completion, liaising with occupational therapists, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Review plans and quotations, monitor progress against timelines and KPIs, maintain documentation, support the Project Manager, ensure compliance with NZ building standards and health and safety, and deliver excellent customer service.
