Teams at BGIS

Serve as the primary client contact to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met. Manage QBRs, prepare monthly/quarterly reports and Power BI dashboards, handle escalations, collaborate with regional and operations leaders to drive growth, improve processes, control inventory, support procurement, and present proposals to clients.

Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshoots equipment, completes work orders in a maintenance database, assists with PM programs and projects, ensures compliance with safety, fire, and environmental standards, and supports tenant/client satisfaction. Must be available for shifts and on-call emergencies.

Operate and maintain facility mechanical and electrical systems, perform inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, respond to service requests, manage work orders in CMMS, ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements, and support tenant satisfaction and facility projects.
