Manage quality, health, safety and environmental standards across UK and Ireland facilities management contracts. Responsibilities include maintaining ISO management systems, conducting audits and inspections, investigating incidents, managing corrective actions, assessing contractors, supporting mobilisations and regulatory reviews, producing performance reports, developing risk assessments and delivering QHSE training. The role also drives continuous improvement and promotes a positive safety culture across operational teams and client environments.

Leads maintenance engineering teams across commercial sites, overseeing health and safety, statutory compliance, permit-to-work and LOTO systems, subcontractor performance, PPM schedules, reactive callouts, asset records, procurement, customer service, and KPI delivery. Provides technical support, investigates incidents, manages shift engineers, coordinates reports and appraisals, and acts as the escalation point for operational and mechanical issues.

Lead technical governance and engineering service delivery across a facilities management contract. Oversee statutory compliance, building systems, asset reliability, engineering strategies, audits, risk management, mobilisations, projects, and critical incident support. Manage client and stakeholder relationships, provide technical expertise, and coach multi-site engineering teams. The role also supports recruitment, competency development, continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, technical bids, and service performance reporting.
