Plans, develops and delivers assigned facility projects from scope to close. Creates project plans, schedules, budgets and resource estimates; monitors progress, mitigates risks, leads project teams, manages vendors and client relationships, and ensures projects meet timeline, budget, regulatory, environmental and health & safety requirements.

Defines scope with clients, creates schedules, manages resources, budgets, risks, vendors and project teams, monitors progress, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and maintains client relationships and satisfaction.
