Lead enterprise Power Platform delivery for mission-critical customers. Designs and delivers Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID solutions for customers in Japan. Leads hybrid identity and migration projects, including Entra Connect, Join, and Conditional Access. Responsibilities include discovery, assessment, solution design, migration planning, technical reviews, customer workshops, troubleshooting authentication and synchronization issues, documentation, and managing multiple engagements independently.

Leads corporate and international tax compliance, reporting, tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, transfer pricing, audits, and cross-border tax planning. Advises management on tax law and strategy, maintains internal controls and documentation, collaborates with finance and legal teams, and drives tax reporting automation and process improvements across multiple jurisdictions.
