Develop and support scalable data operations, ETL pipelines, SQL integrations, Azure services, Power Platform automations, and Power BI reporting. Responsibilities include Azure Data Factory pipeline development, Logic Apps and Power Automate workflows, Power BI modeling and publishing, Azure resource administration, governance, monitoring, troubleshooting, security controls, documentation, and performance optimization.

Manages Microsoft client relationships and business development, including account planning, opportunity management, sales, proposals, P&L and margin management, delivery oversight, and reporting. The role owns client portfolios up to $10 million, coordinates delivery stakeholders, develops account plans, and supports opportunities from prospecting through close.

Provide enterprise technical support for Windows 11 endpoints and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications. Troubleshoot operating system, performance, compatibility, patching, Active Directory, Group Policy, and deployment issues. Perform health checks, root cause analysis, upgrades, technical documentation, and customer knowledge transfer. Recommend endpoint stability and user-experience improvements while driving complex incidents through resolution.
