We are seeking an experienced customer-facing Cloud Solution Architect, in Beijing/Shanghai for a hybrid role to support DN (Digital Natives)’s large-scale, business-critical cloud environment. The ideal candidate combines deep Azure infrastructure expertise with strong AKS and Linux production troubleshooting skills, and has hands-on experience supporting high-volume internet or e-commerce platforms. The role requires strong ownership, sound technical judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a 24x7 support environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Own technical delivery and advisory engagements across Azure infrastructure, hybrid cloud, AKS, and Linux environments.
• Provide production support, incident analysis, root-cause investigation, and performance troubleshooting for business-critical workloads.
• Design and review secure, scalable, resilient, and well-governed Azure and hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Advise on Azure Landing Zone, Management Groups, Azure Policy, governance, and Cloud Adoption Framework practices.
• Design and troubleshoot enterprise networking, including Virtual WAN, hub-and-spoke networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, Load Balancer, and DNS.
• Support data-centre migration, server consolidation, Windows and Linux modernization, high-availability architecture, disaster recovery, and operational optimization.
• Work with customer engineering and operations teams to assess Linux configuration, tuning, application behaviour, and system performance.
• Develop infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM, Bicep, Terraform, and other Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Communicate technical risks, recommendations, and remediation plans clearly to customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Participate in on-call and 24x7 support coverage as required, demonstrating strong accountability and ownership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of Azure architecture, engineering, or technical delivery experience.
• Demonstrated consulting or architecture experience with large enterprise customers.
• Proven production operations, troubleshooting, and case-analysis capability.
• Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and technical presentation skills.
• Professional English proficiency is required; Mandarin is highly desirable for customer engagement.

• Azure Landing Zone, governance, Enterprise-Scale Architecture, and Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Azure compute, storage, Azure Files, Azure NetApp Files, Backup, and Site Recovery.
• Azure Arc, Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server Hybrid Services, and hybrid-cloud architecture.
• Enterprise identity services including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, federation, PKI/ADCS, DNS, and DHCP.

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native platforms.
• Deep Linux administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and tuning skills.
• Ability to analyse complex production cases involving Linux-based application systems and dependencies.
• Experience operating or supporting high-availability, large-scale internet services.

• Enterprise networking, SD-WAN, BGP, VPN, ExpressRoute, firewalls, load balancing, and DNS.
• High availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and recovery architecture.
• PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM, Bicep, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Strong Microsoft Azure expertise; practical knowledge of AWS or GCP is an advantage.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, private cloud, hybrid cloud, or multi-cloud environments.
• Windows Server modernization and Linux migration experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Internet, e-commerce, retail, gaming, financial services, or manufacturing industry experience.
• Operations and maintenance experience for large-scale internet services or e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with hyperscale environments, such as 10,000+ virtual machines, multi-region cloud platforms, very large identity estates, petabyte-scale storage, or AI/GPU platforms.
• Large enterprise migration, data-centre modernization, cloud transformation, or AI transformation programs.
• Experience operating under demanding service levels and supporting 24x7 production environments.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

• Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 / AZ-801)
