Build and maintain dashboards, reports, data sources, and self-service reporting tools. Partner with teams across the business to understand needs, translate questions into practical data solutions, perform ad hoc analysis, and improve data accuracy. Troubleshoot reporting issues, support stakeholders, and create documentation and training. The role requires SQL, Excel, visualization tools, basic data modeling or ETL knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Supports licensed Loan Officers by reviewing and organizing borrower documents, updating loan pipelines, identifying missing information, preparing files for processing and underwriting, following up on conditions and third-party items, and communicating with borrowers about document requests and status updates. The internship provides hands-on exposure to mortgage lending, loan operations, compliance, confidentiality, and the process from application through closing, without independently advising borrowers or taking loan applications.

Manage and improve employee support systems across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, transitions, workers’ compensation, and separations. Advise and coach leaders on employment practices, compliance, policies, and sensitive employee situations. Identify trends and risks, improve people processes, protect confidentiality, and partner with stakeholders and legal counsel to strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Guide homebuyers through the closing process, provide warm and timely communication, coordinate with customers and builders, complete documentation, and upload closing documents for timely funding. The role combines customer service with detailed administrative responsibilities and requires regular travel between Midland and Odessa locations.

Build and lead the Permian Basin mortgage team across Midland and Odessa. Recruit, onboard, coach, and hold loan consultants accountable while driving branch growth, loan production, pipeline health, customer experience, and 30-day closings. Originate loans as needed, develop builder and referral relationships, clear operational bottlenecks, ensure fair lending and mortgage compliance, and report on team and branch performance.
