The Accountant III manages general ledger activities, month-end and year-end close, complex reconciliations, financial reporting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity consolidations. The role applies U.S. GAAP, supports audits, budgets, forecasts, tax schedules, and internal control improvements, while resolving complex accounting issues and reviewing work performed by less senior accountants. Strong Excel, ERP, analytical, communication, and independent judgment skills are required.

Provides technical support to drivers and terminal personnel for Electronic Logging Devices and dash cameras. Monitors equipment connectivity and functionality, maintains driver and vehicle profiles in KeepTruckin and Samsara, manages manufacturer returns for defective equipment, performs KeepTruckin group maintenance, and supports the ELD Support Specialist II.

Manages customer Requests for Information, supports RFP and bid initiatives, and ensures accurate, timely, compliant responses. Coordinates with cross-functional teams, maintains centralized compliance data and standard responses, tracks RFI volume and trends, addresses customer compliance questions, and provides backup support for bid preparation, document assembly, and submission logistics.

Lead enterprise architecture and cloud modernization to migrate on-premises systems to AWS. Define migration roadmaps, AWS multi-account and Landing Zone designs, governance, security and compliance architecture, FinOps and networking strategies. Lead Architecture Review Board, mentor engineering teams, and align architecture with business goals.

Operate company pickup to escort and steer trailers; assist driver with loading and securing loads; maintain a current clean motor vehicle license and required state escort certifications; comply with DOT and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.

Lead international logistics growth by identifying and securing clients across road, sea, air and multimodal channels; develop market‑entry strategies; manage full sales cycle from outreach to contract; negotiate commercial offers; maintain CRM and KPIs; collaborate with operations, marketing, finance and legal.

Coordinate regional marketing for Ace Doran and Bennett corporate initiatives: manage social media, create content and print materials, support recruiting and driver engagement, coordinate events, assist with HubSpot CRM and reporting, craft PR and sales materials, and collaborate with design/web/video teams to execute regional campaigns.
