Leads company-wide driver and staff recruiting strategy, hiring outcomes, recruiting budgets, lead generation, and a team of 5–10 recruiters. Oversees recruiting metrics, advertising channels, vendor relationships, truck-show investments, candidate pipelines, compliance with FMCSA/DOT requirements, and weekly reporting to leadership. Partners with Safety, Operations, and HR to improve retention and reduce hiring costs and time to hire. The role is based onsite in McDonough, Georgia, with regular travel to industry events and business units.

Leads corporate marketing, communications, brand governance, demand generation, recruitment advertising, events, video production, and AI adoption for a transportation and logistics group. Develops and executes marketing plans and budgets, manages HubSpot campaigns and reporting, oversees multiple brands and a team of 6–8, directs internal and external communications, and measures campaign, event, and recruitment performance. The role is on-site in McDonough, Georgia, with travel of up to 30%.

Coordinates freight brokerage activities by securing outside carriers, negotiating rates, issuing rate confirmations, onboarding carriers, tracking pickups and deliveries, and obtaining signed proof of delivery for billing. The role requires dispatch or planning experience, preferably in flatbed, step-deck, van, or brokerage operations, along with AS400 proficiency, data-entry ability, strong phone skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
