Generate revenue and margin through cold calling, prospecting, new account acquisition, customer relationship management, load negotiation, and carrier development. Manage customer shipping needs, negotiate carrier rates, qualify transportation providers, maintain CRM records, identify account growth opportunities, and coordinate with managers and internal teams to meet business goals.

The Accountant III manages general ledger activities, month-end and year-end close, complex reconciliations, financial reporting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity consolidations. The role applies U.S. GAAP, supports audits, budgets, forecasts, tax schedules, and internal control improvements, while resolving complex accounting issues and reviewing work performed by less senior accountants. Strong Excel, ERP, analytical, communication, and independent judgment skills are required.

Provides technical support to drivers and terminal personnel for Electronic Logging Devices and dash cameras. Monitors equipment connectivity and functionality, maintains driver and vehicle profiles in KeepTruckin and Samsara, manages manufacturer returns for defective equipment, performs KeepTruckin group maintenance, and supports the ELD Support Specialist II.
