Manage accounts payable operations including invoice processing, verification, payment scheduling, vendor relations, expense tracking, compliance, documentation, and reporting. Ensure timely payments, resolve discrepancies, support audits, and maintain accurate financial records while collaborating across departments and providing strong customer service.

Perform grant accounting for sponsored programs including budget setup and monitoring, journal entries and reconciliations, invoice preparation, drawdown reconciliation, time-and-effort tracking support, grant closeout assistance, and regular reporting and communication with principal investigators and grantor agencies.

Lead and administer the MS in Sport Management as principal administrator and instructional leader. Responsibilities include teaching up to 6 SCH/semester, coordinating faculty, curriculum development, assessment, experiential learning, recruitment, internship/practicum placement, advising, budget and program management, supervising faculty, conducting scholarly research, and serving on department/college committees.

Lead administrative, academic, and operational management of a new grant-funded Master of Science in Applied Computing: coordinate curriculum, faculty, research, admissions, budgeting, grant compliance, student support, and external partnerships to grow and sustain the program.

Teach undergraduate and graduate sport management and esports courses (4/4 load), advise students and supervise theses/internships, develop curriculum, engage in scholarship and grant writing, serve on committees, participate in community outreach, and maintain regular office hours.

Tenure-track faculty position to teach lower- and upper-level computer science courses, develop curriculum, advise students, establish and fund an undergraduate research program, conduct scholarly research and publication, assist with recruitment and retention, and provide service to the department and college. Ph.D. in Computer Science required; Assistant rank must demonstrate potential to obtain research funding; Associate rank requires at least three years of instructional/research experience.
