Lead undergraduate STEM recruitment and early student success initiatives for the School of Science and Engineering. Develop and implement outreach strategies, build K-12 and community partnerships, coordinate recruitment events, manage pipelines, analyze recruitment data, and support student engagement, retention, and transition into STEM degree programs in collaboration with program leadership.

Manage Benedict College's collegiate recovery program, serve as primary contact for students, faculty, and staff, support students' academic and personal goals, assist principal investigators with operations, planning, and program activities, and promote Recovery of Care principles and the Language of Recovery.

Teach 12 credit hours per semester in criminal justice and social science courses (Intro Criminal Justice, Criminology, Criminal Law, Research Methods, Statistics). Advise and register students, supervise independent research, maintain academic records, develop course schedules, participate in committees, recruitment, retention, placement, community service, and professional development. Use instructional technology and conduct scholarly work.

Provide high-level administrative support including managing schedules and communications, preparing and editing documents and presentations, maintaining confidential records, coordinating office operations and events, assisting with reports and logistics, and supporting various departments to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning.

Tenure-track online faculty to teach a 4/4 load (12 sch/semester) at undergraduate and graduate levels, advise students and supervise theses, develop curriculum, engage in assessment, conduct scholarly research, pursue grants, serve on committees, provide 10 office hours weekly, and participate in community outreach. Requires proficiency with OER, virtual teaching platforms, COSMA, QM, and esports curriculum familiarity.

Manage accounts payable operations including invoice processing, verification, payment scheduling, vendor relations, expense tracking, compliance, documentation, and reporting. Ensure timely payments, resolve discrepancies, support audits, and maintain accurate financial records while collaborating across departments and providing strong customer service.

Perform grant accounting for sponsored programs including budget setup and monitoring, journal entries and reconciliations, invoice preparation, drawdown reconciliation, time-and-effort tracking support, grant closeout assistance, and regular reporting and communication with principal investigators and grantor agencies.

Lead administrative, academic, and operational management of a new grant-funded Master of Science in Applied Computing: coordinate curriculum, faculty, research, admissions, budgeting, grant compliance, student support, and external partnerships to grow and sustain the program.

Teach undergraduate and graduate sport management and esports courses (4/4 load), advise students and supervise theses/internships, develop curriculum, engage in scholarship and grant writing, serve on committees, participate in community outreach, and maintain regular office hours.
