Benedict College invites applications for the position of Innovation Lab Program Manager for the Quantum Information Science Hub initiative housed within the Benedict Enterprise, Startup, and Technology (B.E.S.T.) Innovation Lab. This position is grant-funded for a period of two years only and is contingent upon grant funding. The position will begin upon official grant award and project start date. The selected candidate must be available to work full-time upon project launch.
The Innovation Lab Program Manager will serve as the primary operational lead for the initiative and will oversee the day-to-day implementation of all grant activities. The Program Manager will work closely with institutional leadership, faculty, external partners, innovation ecosystem stakeholders, and program participants to ensure successful execution of project goals, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
· Manage overall project implementation, timelines, and operational activities
· Oversee delivery and coordination of asynchronous curriculum modules and digital learning activities
· Coordinate and implement Future Innovators Challenge experiences and related programming
· Manage ecosystem partnerships, mentor engagement, and external stakeholder relationships
· Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and participant outcomes
· Support evaluation, assessment, and grant reporting activities
· Supervise participant engagement, communication, and recruitment efforts
· Ensure compliance with grant requirements, institutional policies, and reporting expectations
· Coordinate meetings, workshops, events, and ecosystem engagement activities
· Support sustainability planning and expansion of innovation programming
· Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and operational systems
· Other duties as assigned
