Provide strategic leadership for Career Development Services by implementing guided career pathways, coordinating faculty engagement, expanding employer relations, developing co-curricular transcripts, supervising staff, leveraging career technologies, and assessing programs to increase student preparedness and first-destination placements.

Teach studio arts and mass communication courses; lead curriculum and assessment for the studio art program; advise students; maintain active scholarly work; serve on committees; engage in community outreach and collaborate with colleagues.

Tenure-track online faculty to teach a 4/4 load (12 sch/semester) at undergraduate and graduate levels, advise students and supervise theses, develop curriculum, engage in assessment, conduct scholarly research, pursue grants, serve on committees, provide 10 office hours weekly, and participate in community outreach. Requires proficiency with OER, virtual teaching platforms, COSMA, QM, and esports curriculum familiarity.
