Leads day-to-day implementation of a grant-funded Quantum Information Science Hub initiative. Responsibilities include managing timelines, curriculum delivery, partnerships, mentor engagement, participant recruitment, events, evaluation, grant reporting, compliance, documentation, and sustainability planning.

Provides administrative and operational coordination for a grant-funded Quantum Information Science initiative. Responsibilities include scheduling, participant communication and tracking, purchasing and reimbursements, travel coordination, event logistics, recordkeeping, grant reporting, stakeholder communication, and preparation of meetings, reports, and presentations.

Provides administrative support for the School of Communication, Arts, and Social Sciences by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, handling communications, maintaining confidential records, coordinating office activities and events, and supporting departmental operations. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, discretion, attention to detail, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
