Manages technical sales of AIDC solutions, including barcode scanners, printers, RFID systems, and software. Consults with customers, presents customized solutions, provides integration and post-sales support, prepares technical proposals and RFP responses, builds customer relationships, identifies upselling opportunities, and communicates market feedback to internal teams. Requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and local and regional travel.

Develop and support ASP.NET Core applications and database-driven solutions using C#, .NET, and MS SQL Server. Build RESTful APIs, implement business logic, optimize queries and stored procedures, use ORM tools, troubleshoot defects, conduct root cause analysis, write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and manage Agile sprint tasks through Zoho Sprints.

Perform requirements analysis, create test plans and cases, prepare test data, execute functional and regression testing, manage defects in Zoho Sprint, and conduct root-cause analysis. Validate databases with SQL and APIs using Postman and Swagger. Prepare quality reports and metrics, collaborate with developers, support releases, and identify AI opportunities to improve QA productivity. Automation experience with Playwright, Java, TestNG, Maven, scripting, and CI/CD is preferred.

Provides presales consulting for WMS and MES solutions. Analyzes customer requirements and warehouse or manufacturing processes, designs scalable software and automation solutions, conducts demonstrations and workshops, develops technical proposals and architecture documents, supports RFP/RFQ responses, estimates implementation effort, and collaborates with sales, product, delivery, engineering, and project teams through handover.
