Supports the sales team in understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and managing pre- and post-sales follow-ups. Builds customer relationships, handles queries, coordinates with internal teams, tracks market and competitor developments, and contributes to sales targets while learning AIDC, barcode, RFID, software, supply chain, and IoT solutions.

Manages technical sales of AIDC solutions, including barcode scanners, printers, RFID systems, and software. Consults with customers, presents customized solutions, provides integration and post-sales support, prepares technical proposals and RFP responses, builds customer relationships, identifies upselling opportunities, and communicates market feedback to internal teams. Requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and local and regional travel.

Develop and support ASP.NET Core applications and database-driven solutions using C#, .NET, and MS SQL Server. Build RESTful APIs, implement business logic, optimize queries and stored procedures, use ORM tools, troubleshoot defects, conduct root cause analysis, write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and manage Agile sprint tasks through Zoho Sprints.
