The OBGYN Ultrasound Tech provides ultrasound services to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment, maintaining care standards, and managing day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.

Coordinate clinical education, competency, and professional development for PCU nursing staff; serve as clinical expert and consultant, support quality and regulatory compliance, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, and provide orientation and ongoing competency verification.

Lead strategy, delivery, and operations of the organization's Workday ERP platform across Finance, HR, Supply Chain and related applications. Communicate with patients and clinical teams, obtain insurance authorizations, update medical records, scan/upload documents into OnBase, and perform administrative support tasks to ensure smooth scheduling and patient care.

Provide professional nursing care for colorectal surgery patients in an outpatient surgical practice. Assess patient needs, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, deliver education, and support patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being to promote exceptional outcomes.

Provide direct pediatric nursing care in a clinic setting: triage, assess, administer treatments, educate patients/families, coordinate care, and advocate for patient safety and quality. Work autonomously within nursing scope and collaborate with providers and clinical staff.

Support inpatient pharmacy under direct supervision by assembling, storing, distributing, and monitoring medications. Requires pharmacist intern registration, knowledge of USP 797 and sterile compounding, and flexibility to work PRN (days/evenings/weekends/holidays).

Provide basic patient care under RN supervision on a surgical telemetry unit: vital signs, hygiene, turning, ambulation assistance, hourly rounds, and documentation.

Provide safe, effective medication therapy across centralized and decentralized pharmacy settings. Prepare and distribute drugs; evaluate, input, and verify medication orders; serve as drug information resource; monitor/manage medication regimens per protocol or consult; and manage pharmacy inventory.

Certified Pharmacy Technician II supporting inpatient pharmacy: assemble, distribute, receive, store, and monitor medication use under direct supervision. Must be nationally certified and obtain Kentucky Board registration.

Manage PAR inventory and replenishment for clinical departments: perform daily stock put-away, restock PAR locations, process counts via handheld devices, execute procurement restocking orders, handle expiring or slow-moving products with materials leadership, and transact inventory debits/credits in the ERP system.

Coordinate patient access for orthopedic services including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, patient communication, and liaison with clinical staff to ensure timely appointments and smooth patient flow.

Serve as liaison between IT and clinical operations to configure, test, deploy, and support Epic Cupid workflows and integrations. Collect data, analyze workflows, document procedures, ensure compliance with HIPAA and Meaningful Use, and coordinate medium-sized projects under supervision.

Manage financial lifecycle of clinical trials: build and reconcile CTMS study budgets, process deposits, code payments, track A/R and A/P, generate and submit invoices, prepare financial reports, and ensure billing compliance and accurate financial recordkeeping.

Manage new-hire onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience; support day-to-day HR operations, recognition programs, recordkeeping, HRIS administration, and customer service. Provide confidential HR support, coordinate events, and handle multiple deadlines with occasional travel and off-hour work.

Performs newborn hearing screens in mother/baby and outpatient settings, documents results in the KY Child database, educates parents about hearing screening and early intervention, and supports unit needs. Requires accurate data entry and following infant security/identification protocols.

Provide direct patient care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit: transport, hygiene, feeding, positioning, ambulation, documentation of intake/output, assist with transfers and discharges, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead and manage applied AI initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative domains. Oversee AI lifecycle from intake and evaluation through deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Coordinate with clinical, IT, legal, risk, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and effective AI solutions that drive measurable value.
