Monitors cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure in the emergency department; documents and communicates patient status, identifies arrhythmias and significant changes, maintains monitoring equipment and supplies, and assists healthcare providers with cardiac monitoring procedures.

Provide direct patient care and support under RN direction on a 42-bed telemetry unit. Perform selected nursing procedures, assist medical/nursing staff with examinations and treatments, and carry out routine duties for complex patients transferred from ICU, ED, and PACU.

Directs hospital quality improvement, patient safety, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, data management, outcomes reporting, and process excellence. Oversees quality department operations, staffing, budgets, clinical data analysis, benchmarking, action plans, and communication with physicians, staff, administration, boards, and external organizations. Provides leadership, education, and mentorship while ensuring accurate data collection and measurable improvements in patient care and organizational outcomes.
