Produces plans using data analysis and market intelligence, provides internal consulting to leadership, and ensures compliance with state regulatory requirements (certificate of need, licensure). Represents the organization to outside agencies and participates in committee work. Role requires travel to multiple hospitals.

Coordinate patient appointments, procedures, testing, and surgeries for a vascular surgery practice. Communicate with patients and clinical teams, obtain insurance authorizations, update medical records, scan/upload documents into OnBase, and perform administrative support tasks to ensure smooth scheduling and patient care.

Provide professional nursing care for colorectal surgery patients in an outpatient surgical practice. Assess patient needs, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, deliver education, and support patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being to promote exceptional outcomes.
