Performs accounts payable duties, including reconciling vendor statements, recording expenses, processing vendor and employee payments, maintaining accounting ledgers, verifying account transactions, and resolving invoice, purchase order, contract, and payment discrepancies.

Cleans and details customer vehicles, including interiors, exteriors, upholstery, rugs, vinyl, leather, and fabric surfaces. Uses cleaning and preservation products to remove dirt, debris, stains, and odors while following company standards. Maintains an organized workplace, provides customer service, supports opening and closing shifts, and performs other duties as assigned. Requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides interior and exterior cleaning and detailing services for customer vehicles. Responsibilities include washing, vacuuming, cleaning upholstery and surfaces, applying protective treatments, maintaining an organized workplace, assisting customers, and following company standards. Requires availability for opening or closing shifts, physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Processes and finalizes vehicle cash and finance deals, verifies deal accuracy, scans documentation, submits bank contracts, processes rebates and commissions, updates spreadsheets, communicates with dealership associates, and maintains accounting schedules related to vehicle sales.

Registers vehicles across multiple states, supports sales and finance teams, organizes titles and registration paperwork, verifies insurance documentation, reviews deals for accuracy, corrects errors, performs data entry, and assists customers and dealership departments. The role requires strong customer service, administrative organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Registration experience is preferred, but training is available.

Supports customers, insurance appraisers, technicians, and collision center managers throughout vehicle repairs. Coordinates repair updates, delivery needs, production schedules, and communications. Maintains knowledge of repair practices, interprets estimates and work orders, and transports vehicles within the shop and to vendor locations.

Registers vehicles across multiple states, organizes titles and registration paperwork, reviews car deals for accuracy, corrects errors, verifies insurance documentation, performs data entry, and supports finance managers, customers, sales associates, and service staff.

Provide F&I presentations, work with lenders to obtain financing, complete transaction paperwork accurately using dealer systems, sell vehicle protection products, track and collect receivables, and support the sales team to close deals and meet penetration/production metrics.

Manage daily laundromat operations including hiring, training, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, maintaining equipment and safety compliance, driving wash/dry-and-fold sales, controlling finances, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Provide general ledger support across multiple entities by recording transactions, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, supporting month-/year-end close, producing financial statements, maintaining audit-ready records, liaising with dealership staff, and supporting process improvements.

Respond to customer phone and email inquiries, manage internet leads, conduct outbound follow-ups, set sales appointments, and grow online sales by building customer relationships and closing leads.

Handle inbound calls for the dealership service department, schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on customer satisfaction, educate customers on vehicle needs and upsell services, and coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts.

Greet customers, gather contact and vehicle interest information, use CRM for follow-up, present product knowledge and demonstrations, qualify buyers, negotiate and close sales, maintain showroom and inventory appearance, attend meetings, and assist customers through financing/warranty options.
