Teams at Balise Motor Sales

Manage finance and insurance transactions for vehicle sales: present F&I products, obtain lender approvals, enter deals into dealer and bank systems, process paperwork, track receivables, and support sales staff to close deals and meet product penetration targets.

Greet customers, capture contact and vehicle interest, present product knowledge on new and pre-owned vehicles, conduct demonstrations, manage appointments and CRM follow-up, negotiate and close sales, and maintain showroom and lot appearance. Participate in training and pursue advancement opportunities within the dealership.

Handle inbound calls at the dealership to schedule and confirm service appointments, follow up on customer satisfaction, educate customers about vehicle needs and service benefits, upsell services, and coordinate with service and parts teams.
