Support and monitor daily business operations, analyze and improve processes, coordinate cross-departmental activities, prepare reports and presentations, assist strategic planning, manage records and compliance, support budgeting/forecasting and vendor/client communications, track projects to ensure timely completion, and provide HR/administrative support as needed.

Dispense prescriptions accurately, counsel patients on medication use and OTC recommendations, manage inventory and expiry, maintain compliant records, collaborate with healthcare professionals, support health promotion and patient education, and ensure a clean, safe pharmacy environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Promote dermatology and skincare products to HCPs and pharmacies across Oman, build and maintain relationships, achieve sales targets, plan product launches and medical events, conduct field visits, monitor competitors, coordinate with sales, prepare reports and forecasts, ensure merchandising and regulatory compliance, and represent the company at conferences and exhibitions.

Gather and document business requirements, perform data analysis, create user stories and process flows, support testing, and prepare reports/dashboards to enable process improvements and system enhancements.

Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluate internal controls and risks; review records; prepare reports with findings and recommendations; follow up on corrective actions and support fraud prevention.
