Responsibilities:

- Support the testing phase by preparing test cases and validating system functionality
- Assist in the preparation of business reports and dashboards using data visualization tools
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain up-to-date records of requirements and track changes throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration and specialized in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
