Provides professional front-desk support in a clinic by welcoming patients, managing appointments and registration, coordinating patient flow, supporting billing and insurance inquiries, maintaining accurate records, protecting confidentiality, preparing reports, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Provides compassionate nursing care, monitors patient conditions and vital signs, administers medications and treatments, assists with procedures, maintains accurate records, follows infection-control protocols, protects patient safety and confidentiality, educates patients and families, and responds appropriately to emergencies while complying with Oman healthcare regulations.
