Own day-to-day IT operations and employee support for AutoProff in Vejle. Manage end-user devices, SaaS and on-premises applications, networks, meeting rooms, IT assets, security protocols, backups, and recovery procedures. Install and troubleshoot hardware and software, automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, document processes, and support migration and improvement projects. Serve as the primary local IT contact while collaborating with the Munich-based Employee Tech team and occasionally traveling to other locations.

Join a cross-functional Fulfillment & FinTech team to design, build, and maintain post-trade services (logistics orchestration, transport integrations, payments, invoicing, claims). Develop reliable, scalable code, troubleshoot and debug, collaborate with product and partners, drive ownership, mentor colleagues, and continuously learn new technologies.

Manages supplier and transport networks across Europe, including daily supplier collaboration, performance and SLA monitoring, delayed-order resolution, transport vendor coordination, supplier agreements, invoice approvals in Coupa, claims, escalations, compliance, KPI reporting, and process improvement. The role partners with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Build and maintain reliable full-stack solutions across backend, web frontend, and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on .NET and C#. Responsibilities include production troubleshooting, software ownership, code reviews, testing, architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring. The role supports a unified seller platform for vehicle trading and values continuous improvement, sound engineering judgment, and adaptability across technologies.

Lead a cross-functional product squad, guide technical direction and architecture, contribute hands-on to development, build scalable cloud-native distributed systems, champion engineering best practices and AI-enabled development, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership to balance technical excellence with business priorities.

Lead content strategy and hands-on copywriting across campaigns, web, email, and product. Own tone-of-voice, messaging guidelines, and content calendar while ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with GTM, marketing, product, and design priorities.

Own and execute end-to-end growth marketing across the buyer lifecycle—acquisition to retention—using multi-channel campaigns, A/B testing, automation (HubSpot), data-driven measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to improve funnel performance, product usage, and revenue.
