Own and develop AML, KYC, risk, and compliance activities for a payment entity. Maintain policies, controls, procedures, and documentation; coordinate customer due diligence and AML reviews; assess risks; prepare management and Board reporting; follow up on incidents, regulatory requirements, and actions; and collaborate across Tech, Support, Finance, and external stakeholders.

Manage and develop supplier and transport networks across Europe, oversee supplier performance and SLAs, resolve operational issues, coordinate transport vendors, maintain supplier data and KPIs, approve invoices in Coupa, support claims and escalations, and collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support to improve processes and reduce costs.

Build and evolve shared developer tooling, libraries, scaffolding, CI/CD capabilities, observability tools, and reusable APIs. Enable engineering squads to adopt consistent AWS, tracing, messaging, and service-integration practices. Collaborate across product teams to identify recurring friction, establish paved paths, and improve service ownership and reliability. Apply platform engineering, distributed-systems, and agentic AI practices to enhance developer productivity.
