Build and evolve shared developer tooling, libraries, scaffolding, CI/CD capabilities, observability tools, and reusable APIs. Enable engineering squads to adopt consistent AWS, tracing, messaging, and service-integration practices. Collaborate across product teams to identify recurring friction, establish paved paths, and improve service ownership and reliability. Apply platform engineering, distributed-systems, and agentic AI practices to enhance developer productivity.

Own day-to-day IT operations and employee support for AutoProff in Vejle. Manage end-user devices, SaaS and on-premises applications, networks, meeting rooms, IT assets, security protocols, backups, and recovery procedures. Install and troubleshoot hardware and software, automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, document processes, and support migration and improvement projects. Serve as the primary local IT contact while collaborating with the Munich-based Employee Tech team and occasionally traveling to other locations.

Join a cross-functional Fulfillment & FinTech team to design, build, and maintain post-trade services (logistics orchestration, transport integrations, payments, invoicing, claims). Develop reliable, scalable code, troubleshoot and debug, collaborate with product and partners, drive ownership, mentor colleagues, and continuously learn new technologies.
