Own day-to-day US treasury operations for regional entities, build consolidated cash forecasting, manage cash positions and factoring program, support Treasury Information System rollout, maintain banking relationships, ensure compliance with treasury policy, analyze liquidity forecasts, and drive process improvements.

The Controller oversees accounting operations, manages close processes, ensures compliance with financial procedures, and provides accurate financial reporting. They also lead the internal accounting function and support financial decision-making.

Lead global sourcing strategy for MRO, equipment rentals, and capital purchases. Manage post-sale customer relationships for AstroTurf: answer and route incoming calls, update customer database, run outreach and marketing blasts, track warranties, report maintenance sales, and provide field lists to sales.

Support internal sales team by processing and entering orders, managing inventory feeds and samples, distributing sales orders through SYNOffice, coordinating with service providers and warehouses, handling high call volume, and assisting managers with compliance and onboarding processes for new accounts.

This role manages current and new private label accounts, increases sales through customer relations, and contributes to sales strategy in the Pacific Northwest.

As an Apprentice, learn and develop skills for operating outdoor track equipment, assist with job site setup, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety regulations.
