Provides in-house legal counsel across commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, labor and employment matters, litigation, and legal risk management. Drafts and negotiates agreements involving development, manufacturing, distribution, and sales; advises business leaders; coordinates external counsel; conducts legal research; maintains legal templates; and collaborates with international legal teams. The role requires a licensed attorney who can independently manage complex legal projects and provide practical legal guidance.

Prepare and submit accurate project submittals, coordinate with estimators, project and financial managers, request shop drawings, POs, and subcontracts, order materials and production roll orders, manage subcontractor communication, maintain Wrike project updates, execute change orders, and close projects. Requires travel (~30%).

As an Apprentice, learn and develop skills for operating outdoor track equipment, assist with job site setup, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety regulations.
