Oversee regional sales activities, manage territory performance, meet quotas, generate and manage leads, negotiate product sales, forecast revenue, control sales expenses, communicate industry intelligence, and support customer needs. The role requires extensive travel throughout the Southwest Region and focuses on building relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Build and maintain long-term customer and key-account relationships, serve as the primary customer contact, assess evolving needs, and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Manage sales budgets, product offerings, pricing, account forecasts, and growth tracking while supporting customer satisfaction and sales goals. Introduce new customers, develop existing accounts, assist customers across communication channels, and contribute to the sales team's objectives.

Lead STR's accounting function, manage month/quarter/year-end close under IFRS, produce and analyze financial statements, maintain internal controls, oversee multi-entity consolidations, coordinate audits, support cash management, and drive accounting process improvements.
