Manages large-scale data center builds, retrofits, and network deployment projects from initiation through closure. Coordinates cross-functional engineering, technical, vendor, and stakeholder teams; manages schedules, milestones, budgets, assets, risks, documentation, change control, and deliverables. Tracks milestones and KPIs, provides executive updates, resolves issues, improves processes, and evaluates post-project results.

Coordinate hardware budgeting across programs and teams by collecting and validating inputs, tracking submissions and actions, resolving discrepancies, supporting forecasting cycles, and maintaining accurate budget information. Standardize processes, templates, documentation, and tracking tools while improving workflows and accountability. Partner with Finance, budget owners, hardware teams, and business stakeholders to keep planning activities organized, timely, and reliable.

Provides Level 3 audio-visual engineering support, managing escalated incidents and resolving complex issues involving routing, switching, signal distribution, Dante audio networks, AV control systems, network connectivity, USB peripherals, and integrated conference-room systems. Interprets schematics and system architectures, performs root-cause analysis, collaborates with Networking and Security teams, and coordinates OEM troubleshooting and RMA processes.

Provides Tier 2 support for globally distributed data center networks, troubleshooting Layer 1–3 issues across routers, switches, circuits, optics, and cabling. Owns escalated incidents, coordinates major event response, monitors network performance, documents changes, and supports optimization and capacity planning. The role also contributes to monitoring, alerting, dashboards, automation, process improvements, asset management, vendor RMAs, and SLA adherence.

Operates and troubleshoots globally distributed data center networks, resolving Layer 1–3 issues across routing, switching, circuits, hardware, and transceivers. Serves as the Tier 2 escalation point, manages major incidents, monitors network performance, documents changes, and coordinates with facilities, vendors, and engineering teams. Contributes to automation, alerting, dashboards, process improvements, capacity planning, asset management, and SLA adherence.

Leads a software asset management shift, owning queues, escalations, handovers, mentoring, and service-level attainment. Operates global floating-license servers, validates license-file changes, troubleshoots daemon failures, and analyzes concurrent usage. Reviews EULAs and clickwrap agreements, routes legal cases, builds license positions, supports publisher audits and business reviews, maintains procedures, and identifies automation opportunities. Requires strong software licensing, compliance, technical escalation, and license-server expertise, including rotating or overnight shifts.

Provides Tier 2 operational support for a globally distributed data center network. Responsibilities include advanced Layer 1–3 troubleshooting, routing and switching support, incident escalation, network monitoring, performance optimization, change documentation, automation, capacity planning, asset management, and coordination with facilities, vendors, and engineering teams. The role owns complex incidents escalated from Tier 1 and supports mission-critical network repair and resolution processes.

Coordinate network infrastructure deployment across multiple new data center builds from cable start through Production Ready. Own milestone trackers, lead cross-functional coordination, manage dependencies, hardware logistics, risks, blockers, and escalations. Align construction, engineering, connectivity, deployment, vendors, and field operations teams while providing leadership updates. Improve deployment processes, standardize templates, conduct lessons learned, and mentor incoming deployment enablement managers.

Processes and executes vendor and client contracts, amendments, terminations, authorizations, and correspondence. Maintains contract databases and detailed audit files containing legal documents, changes, payment schedules, and clarifications. Performs quality reviews, analyzes and mitigates risk, interprets complex information, enters high-volume data accurately, and coordinates with internal and external teams to meet deadlines.

Builds and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL infrastructure, data warehouses, and analytics tools. The role assembles complex datasets, automates processes, optimizes data delivery architecture, and supports cross-functional data initiatives. Collaborates with executive, product, data, and design stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve analytics systems. Requires proficiency in SAS, Python, Java, MATLAB, SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Presto, UNIX, and Linux, with JavaScript, R, and basic machine learning preferred.

Manage the complete lifecycle of Google Meet hardware inventory, including asset tracking, audits, disposal, check-in/check-out, lab setup, device provisioning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Support procurement through purchase orders, risk assessments, vendor coordination, invoice validation, contract tracking, and budget monitoring. Collaborate with engineering, QA, program management, facilities, and external suppliers while maintaining a clean, operational NYC testing lab.
