We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Build and Release to lead and optimize our software release processes, ensuring that every cycle is executed smoothly, on time, and at the highest quality. If you have a strong background in program management, CI/CD workflows, and incident management, and are passionate about removing blockers and aligning teams for success, this is the perfect role for you! As a TPM – Build and Release, you’ll oversee both internal and external release cycles, coordinate complex projects, and drive alignment across engineering teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of software.   • Release Coordination: Lead and manage the scheduling, planning, and execution of internal and external release cycles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify blockers in the release pipeline and work closely with engineering teams to remove obstacles, ensuring the release moves forward without delay.
  • Escalation Management: Proactively escalate any delays that exceed predefined SLAs, working with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve issues and keep releases on track.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the release process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Release Coordination: Manage internal and external release cycles, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address blockers in the release pipeline, collaborating with engineering teams to unblock processes.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate and resolve delays that exceed predefined SLAs, aligning teams for quick resolution.
  • Project Management: Plan and drive engineering projects to completion using tools like Jira, maintaining clarity and focus on objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless release planning and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in technical program management or a similar role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient understanding of software release processes, version management, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Incident Management: Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents effectively.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional planning, organizational, and task prioritization capabilities.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: Skilled at managing competing priorities in dynamic, medium to large-scale software environments.
  • Process Improvement: Track record of scaling and optimizing processes in fast-paced settings.
