Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in quality assurance and operational audits.
Proficient in QA methodologies and audit processes.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Strong ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Business applications knowledge including MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Google -Suite Doc, Sheets, Slides

Experience with project and work management software including Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc)
