Provide first-level technical and functional support for Yardi Voyager (Commercial and Residential), triage and resolve tickets per SLA, escalate complex issues, assist with testing and upgrades, maintain documentation, deliver user training, and create knowledge base content to improve client self-service.

Drive revenue by generating outbound leads, qualifying prospects, managing the full sales cycle and proposals, collaborating with marketing and account managers, maintaining CRM data, creating marketing content, and traveling to industry events to expand real estate and channel partner business.

Join implementation and support team to write, optimize, and maintain SQL/T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Develop and maintain reports using SSIS/SSRS and Power BI, support data pipelines, perform database performance tuning, and assist integration of AI/ML features. Collaborate with global clients under mentorship to support ERP solutions and data-driven decision making.

Provide end-to-end application support for business-critical real-estate systems: triage incidents, troubleshoot SQL and API issues, validate fixes, maintain KB articles, liaise with vendors, perform client training, and support post-implementation testing to ensure system stability and SLA compliance.

Lead end-to-end Yardi software implementations including scoping, configuration, deployment, testing, training and support. Manage project plans, client relationships, integrations, user access, and documentation. Provide onsite and remote consulting, troubleshoot Yardi issues, and align Yardi modules to client accounting and operational workflows.

Drive revenue growth through outbound lead generation, full-cycle B2B sales, and partner development. Qualify leads, deliver presentations/demos, manage proposals/RFPs and negotiations, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing, create content, and travel internationally to meet clients and attend events.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for enterprise applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, API (REST/SOAP) and database (SQL) testing. Maintain test scripts, track defects in Azure DevOps/Jira, produce test reports/dashboards, and support CI/CD pipelines. Contribute to QA process improvements and support non-functional and data migration testing when required.
