Requirements
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in implementing and supporting ERP software solutions.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Develop and maintain reports using SSIS, SSRS, and T-SQL.
• Participate in database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Work with data pipelines and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate on integrating AI/ML-based features such as data analysis, predictive insights, or
automation use cases.
• Support global clients across different time zones (AU/UK/US).
Who We’re Looking For:
Fresh graduates with:
• BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.E / B.Tech (IT/CS), MCA / MTech or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SQL concepts: Queries, Joins, Functions, Triggers, Indexes, Views, and
Stored Procedures.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design fundamentals.
• Basic understanding or exposure to AI/ML concepts, data analytics, or Python/R for data processing.
• Familiarity with tools/libraries such as Power BI, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or introductory ML concepts
is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Note: Internship or project experience in SQL or AI-related areas will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Skills Required
