Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for self-generating pipeline, running consultative discovery and demos, managing deals through close, designing proofs/pilots, maintaining CRM hygiene, and collaborating with SDRs, CSMs, and leadership to hit quota in an early-stage, evolving startup.

Conduct thoughtful, consultative outbound prospecting to qualify prospects for alignment, protect AE/CSM time, use AI as a force multiplier, exceed pipeline and quota goals, and take ownership of personal growth and results.

Own partner-sourced CRM revenue by hunting, qualifying, and closing $2K–$50K ARR deals. Manage partner relationships, identify opportunities within partner customers, recruit new HubSpot/Salesforce partners, and coordinate with internal teams to drive activation and expansion.
