Troubleshoot implementation blockers and collaborate with Product & Engineering to relay feedback and co-develop solutions.
Help shape AskElephant’s playbooks and knowledge base by codifying repeatable customer success patterns.
Bring strong operational discipline — document everything, use tools effectively, and share insights.
Help build the foundational processes, assets, and rituals that the CS team will use as we scale.
Contribute to internal initiatives to elevate team performance and customer outcomes.
