The Role

You own CRM partner-sourced revenue at AskElephant, driving sales through HubSpot and Salesforce Solutions Partners and serving as the trusted operator between AskElephant and our partner ecosystem.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Close deals: Partner intro → discovery → negotiation → signature. Deal size ranges $2–50K ARR. You're hunting, qualifying, and closing.

  • Own the partner relationship: You're the first call when a partner has a question, a prospect, or a problem. You know your partners' businesses, their customers, and their playbooks.

  • Identify and qualify partner clients. Partners will hand you warm intros, but you'll also hunt for opportunities within their customer base. You see the CRM landscape they're operating in and find gaps where AskElephant fits.

  • Hunt for new partners: Identify HubSpot/Salesforce Solutions Partners who should be selling AskElephant and bring them in.

You’ll work closely with partners on calls and in their systems to understand their go-to-market motion. While you won’t build dashboards or workflows yourself, you speak the language fluently enough to diagnose client needs and clearly position AskElephant as the solution.

You Have:

Required:

  • Deep technical fluency in HubSpot or Salesforce you can navigate a CRM, understand workflows, and talk to Admins/RevOps/Solutions Consultants in their language.

  • Comfort hunting and prospecting; warm intros are great, but you don't rely on them.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and their customers.

Preferred:

  • Operations, Solutions Consulting, or RevOps background.

  • Sales experience.

  • Channel sales or partner-led growth experience.

  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools and CRM integrations.

What Success Looks Like (Year 1):

  • You've established solid trust based relationships with your key partners.

  • You've brought new partners into the fold.

  • You're forecasting accurately and managing your pipeline with discipline.

  • Partner clients are closing, onboarding smoothly, and expanding usage.

What You're Not:

  • An implementation or onboarding resource (that's CS or the partner).

  • Someone building workflows or dashboards (you understand them, but you're not the builder).

  • A relationship-only manager you close business and carry a number.

Skills Required
