Supports the CFO with calendar and meeting management, personal and professional tasks, correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential information. Reviews contracts and legal terms, coordinates with legal teams, and provides HR administrative support including interviews, onboarding, and employee records. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, decks, and action-item follow-up while managing competing priorities independently and discreetly.

The Bookkeeper will maintain financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, assist with month-end close and payroll processing, maintain the general ledger, and support sales tax compliance using QuickBooks Online. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and 10 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

Develops and executes influencer marketing strategy across social platforms to drive awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI. Manages creator sourcing, vetting, partnerships, campaign execution, content approvals, usage rights, budgets, compliance, performance reporting, and optimization. Collaborates with creative, brand, ecommerce, and performance marketing teams while identifying opportunities to scale high-performing creators into long-term ambassador partnerships.

Leads Ashley Stewart’s brand strategy, creative direction, integrated campaigns, and cross-channel brand execution. Oversees campaign optimization, customer insights, influencer and media relationships, cross-functional alignment, and launch strategies across digital, social, retail, e-commerce, and emerging channels. Builds and mentors a marketing and creative team while presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Drives full-funnel customer acquisition and conversion optimization across e-commerce and physical stores. Owns CRO roadmaps, Shopify Plus A/B testing, analytics, acquisition campaigns, store traffic initiatives, promotional launches, and performance reporting. Uses GA4 and Shopify Analytics to track conversion, CAC, revenue impact, and foot traffic. Collaborates with Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, Creative, Brand, CRM, and Development teams to improve customer growth and site performance.

Perform daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payments, vendor setup, reconciliations, aging review, discrepancy resolution, 1099 tax filings, and month-end close support. Maintain payment controls, support cash management and audits, improve AP processes, and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, vendors, and internal stakeholders using NetSuite and Excel.
