Manages ACH risk reviews, supports payment technology implementations, coordinates audits and projects, interprets regulatory changes, coaches staff, and resolves customer and internal escalations.

Leads Deposit Services operations by training employees, auditing daily work, processing transactions, resolving errors, coordinating schedules, supporting branch operations, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company procedures. The role also develops procedures, improves operational efficiency, supports projects, and provides customer service to internal and external customers.

Processes, validates, reconciles, and researches ACH and wire transactions. Resolves exceptions, monitors for fraudulent or erroneous activity, verifies authorizations and compliance, updates transaction data, and supports customers and branch teams. The role requires adherence to NACHA rules, banking regulations, and internal procedures while coordinating with financial institutions, government agencies, and outside companies.

Manages personal insurance accounts by quoting new business, reviewing coverage, processing policy changes, collecting premiums, reporting claims, and resolving customer issues. Markets insurance products, solicits referrals, consults on coverage and risk exposures, maintains accurate account records, and provides timely customer service. The role also supports coworkers and customers through training and education while collaborating with agency teams.

Coordinates and prepares residential mortgage loan files for closing, including documentation, regulatory disclosures, attorney outreach, pipeline management, insurance review, loan funding, PMI activation, and post-closing corrections. Communicates with borrowers, attorneys, bank staff, investors, and insurers; resolves file deficiencies and supports timely, compliant closings. Trains mortgage closers, maintains procedures and checklists, and assists management with team projects.
