The role is designed for an entry-level professional building a foundation in HR.

Manages customer orders from entry through delivery, using SAP and customer or vendor portals. Reviews order accuracy, monitors fulfillment and OTIF performance, verifies inventory, coordinates with sales, brokers, customers, and third-party logistics providers, and resolves order, inventory, shipment, and customer service issues. The role communicates delays, addresses complaints, supports delivery scheduling, analyzes logistics challenges, and recommends process improvements while maintaining strong customer and business-partner relationships.

Performs cost accounting, month-end close, budgeting, variance analysis, inventory valuation, standard costing, and manufacturing cost reporting. Maintains standard costs and cost data in SAP, analyzes production costs and profitability, supports internal controls and audits, and leads quarterly excess and obsolete inventory reviews. Partners with inventory control, production, and work order teams to ensure data accuracy and improve costing processes.

Performs cost accounting, month-end close, budgeting, margin and manufacturing cost analysis. Maintains standard costs, inventory valuation, cost rolls, and SAP costing data. Analyzes production variances, product costs, and profitability; supports internal controls, audits, excess and obsolete inventory reviews, and management reporting. Recommends cost efficiencies and develops costing processes, policies, and procedures.

The Senior Accountant manages accounting operations, reconciles balance sheet and intercompany accounts, analyzes general ledger activity and variances, prepares journal entries and combined financial statements, and supports month-end close and external audits. The role also assists with internal controls, special projects, and financial reporting while maintaining accurate records and collaborating effectively across the organization.

Provides clerical and office administration support, including answering phones and emails, greeting visitors, preparing spreadsheets and presentations, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, assisting with budgets, supervising staff, and collecting, counting, and securing money. This is a part-time Monday-through-Friday evening position in an office environment.

Lead end-to-end marketing projects—develop plans, manage budgets and resources, mitigate risks, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee e-commerce and digital initiatives. Drive process improvements, report milestones, and align project outcomes with marketing strategy.

Process accounts payable tasks including three-way matching of invoices/POs/receiving documents, invoice coding, vendor and internal communications, check cutting and mailing, and ensuring timely payments. Perform other assigned AP duties and maintain accurate, organized records.

Manage and optimize product content across Amazon, Walmart, eBay and syndication platforms. Create and update PDPs, images, enhanced content, and attributes. Monitor reviews and performance, troubleshoot syndication issues, and coordinate with creative, marketing, sales, and operations for launches and packaging updates to improve conversion and shopper experience.

Design and produce interactive e-commerce and marketing assets including website UI, email templates, social media graphics, and promotional artwork. Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and web/dev teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth implementation of site content. Present design briefs, transform wireframes into intuitive interfaces, and provide creative guidance for campaigns and projects.

Support daily accounting operations including bank reconciliations, accurate data entry, compliance filings, sales tax return preparation, review of promotional accruals, and general accounting support and special projects as needed.

Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolio: post cash receipts, reconcile and resolve customer deductions, prepare AR reports, track daily cash, liaise with sales, and maintain strong customer relations.
