Operate yard tractors to switch and position trailers, perform daily equipment and safety checks, fuel and maintain yard tractors, communicate with warehouse leadership and dispatch, ensure trailer doors are secured, keep work area clean, and participate in safety and quality meetings.

Lead end-to-end marketing projects—develop plans, manage budgets and resources, mitigate risks, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee e-commerce and digital initiatives. Drive process improvements, report milestones, and align project outcomes with marketing strategy.

Design and produce interactive e-commerce and marketing assets including website UI, email templates, social media graphics, and promotional artwork. Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and web/dev teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth implementation of site content. Present design briefs, transform wireframes into intuitive interfaces, and provide creative guidance for campaigns and projects.

Lead MES software development, troubleshooting, and integrations for packaging lines. Develop Java/Python/SQL applications, configure Ignition and Sepasoft MES, implement labeling (ZPL), integrate MES/SCADA/WMS/SAP, design SQL Server data structures and reports, provide technical training, and support performance testing and PLC logic (Studio 5000).

Support daily accounting operations including bank reconciliations, accurate data entry, compliance filings, sales tax return preparation, review of promotional accruals, and general accounting support and special projects as needed.

Entry-level designer supporting in-house marketing: create sales and marketing collateral, prepare print-ready files, manage hands-on finishing, maintain brand consistency, handle quick-turn revisions, and collaborate with marketing and design teams on production and distribution.

Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolio: post cash receipts, reconcile and resolve customer deductions, prepare AR reports, track daily cash, liaise with sales, and maintain strong customer relations.
