The Senior Accountant manages accounting operations, reconciles balance sheet and intercompany accounts, analyzes general ledger activity and variances, prepares journal entries and combined financial statements, and supports month-end close and external audits. The role also assists with internal controls, special projects, and financial reporting while maintaining accurate records and collaborating effectively across the organization.

Creates and analyzes monthly point-of-sale and consumer-panel reports, synthesizes market trends with internal data, and develops insight-driven sales presentations. Partners with account managers and sales leadership to evaluate distribution, promotional performance, category share, volume growth, and retail channel trends. Builds expertise in tea and juice categories, brands, packs, items, and flavors across national and regional markets.

Provides clerical and office administration support, including answering phones and emails, greeting visitors, preparing spreadsheets and presentations, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, assisting with budgets, supervising staff, and collecting, counting, and securing money. This is a part-time Monday-through-Friday evening position in an office environment.
