Supports recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, personnel records, HRIS updates, audits, employee requests, communications, and general HR operations. Maintains confidential employee information, assists with benefits and compliance documentation, coordinates hiring activities, and provides administrative support to the Human Resources team. The role is designed for an entry-level professional building a foundation in HR.

Manages customer orders from entry through delivery, using SAP and customer or vendor portals. Reviews order accuracy, monitors fulfillment and OTIF performance, verifies inventory, coordinates with sales, brokers, customers, and third-party logistics providers, and resolves order, inventory, shipment, and customer service issues. The role communicates delays, addresses complaints, supports delivery scheduling, analyzes logistics challenges, and recommends process improvements while maintaining strong customer and business-partner relationships.

Performs cost accounting, month-end close, budgeting, variance analysis, inventory valuation, standard costing, and manufacturing cost reporting. Maintains standard costs and cost data in SAP, analyzes production costs and profitability, supports internal controls and audits, and leads quarterly excess and obsolete inventory reviews. Partners with inventory control, production, and work order teams to ensure data accuracy and improve costing processes.
