Follow safety rules, participate in safety initiatives, train for additional skills, and perform other assigned duties.

Analyze and design tubular steel transmission structures to meet customer specifications and standards; prepare calculations, cost estimates, drawings, and reports; coordinate revisions, resolve technical issues, and support fabrication and field problem resolution.

Manage daily/weekly timecard review and payroll approval, perform labor reconciliations and month-end journal entries, audit SOX reports, maintain dashboards and attendance/OT reporting, update UKG (vacations/reimbursements), track scrap, support AP invoice processing, and provide UKG training to supervisors.
