Serve as the senior HR business partner to the General Manager for a multi-site heavy industrial manufacturing unit. Execute corporate HR strategies locally, lead talent and leadership development, drive retention and workforce reliability, manage employee relations and labor-relations avoidance, coach leaders, support staffing of hourly/skilled roles, and lead HR teams and change initiatives to align people practices with operational objectives.

The Blaster operates hand tools and equipment for surface preparation before coating, maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces of contaminants and operating blasting equipment.

Assemble and prepare steel or concrete pole cages for molding: identify non-conforming parts, build and orient cages, button PC wire, sort and clean parts, deliver cages to molding, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
