Leads full-spectrum HR support for a multi-shift manufacturing facility, partnering with plant leadership and employees on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave, attendance, and timekeeping. Coaches leaders, conducts investigations, maintains HR records, and promotes a safe, engaged, inclusive workplace. Requires regular plant-floor presence and travel to other Michigan facilities.

Analyze and design tubular steel transmission structures and appurtenances using structural engineering principles, customer specifications, industry standards, and design software. Prepare calculations, estimates, drawings, documentation, and reports; review designs for conformance; coordinate revisions with customers, project managers, drafters, modeling, and estimating teams; and help resolve fabrication, construction, design, and field issues.

Operates automated and handheld grit-blasting equipment and hand tools to prepare wind tower surfaces for coating. Removes scale, corrosion, paint, dirt, chemicals, and contaminants; may metalize surfaces. Follows plant safety procedures, uses required protective equipment, participates in safety initiatives, and supports production operations. The role is full-time, hourly, and may require overtime, weekend work, multiple-shift availability, and working in loud, temperature-variable manufacturing environments.
