Handles daily billing across multiple locations, reconciliations, invoice credits and rebills, sales tax adjustments, payment allocations, audit recordkeeping, and customer billing inquiries. The role requires accuracy, organization, critical thinking, communication, deadline management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. NetSuite and Oracle experience is preferred. This is an in-office position five days per week.

Designs and develops structural and engineered products, evaluating performance, manufacturability, functionality, and cost. Creates calculations, models, drawings, renderings, and technical documentation; supports prototyping, testing, production, and design improvements. Develops and validates engineering calculation tools, automated workflows, and integrated engineering applications with strong traceability and documentation. Requires collaboration across engineering, detailing, commercial, and production teams.

Manage all HR activities for a manufacturing plant, including talent management, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. The role partners with plant leadership to support culture, safety, quality, production, and financial objectives. Responsibilities include administering HR policies and programs, coordinating hiring, maintaining affirmative action and EEO records, supporting workers’ compensation, and improving people-management practices in union or non-union environments.
