Provide sales support and customer service: prepare order tracking and price charts, respond to pricing/availability inquiries, assist with bids/quotes, manage invoices in NetSuite, troubleshoot NetSuite, follow up on quotes and lost sales, and perform related administrative duties.

Provides plant-based HR support, including onboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, training, record retention, compliance reporting, and employee engagement. The role serves as a first-tier resource for employees and managers, maintains confidential personnel records, supports unemployment hearings, and helps promote a positive, compliant workplace culture.

Provides administrative support across plant operations, accounting, human resources, and quality control. Responsibilities include preparing reports, assisting with payroll, conducting research and data analysis, maintaining documents, coordinating information with internal teams and external parties, and creating announcements. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
