Program, setup, and operate a 4-machine Doosan lathe cell producing precision aerospace components. Create and optimize CNC (G-code) programs, perform machine setups and first-article runs, inspect parts to AS9100 standards using GD&T, troubleshoot machining issues, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Engineering and Quality.

Perform finishing operations on precision mechanical components including deburring, polishing, sanding, grinding, scraping, and visual/magnified inspection to drawing specifications. Maintain lot traceability, adhere to ISO quality systems, safety policies, and keep organized workspace. Interface with supervisors and planning to meet on-time delivery; may assist with packaging, 5S, and inspection tasks.

Maintain and manage the QCBD document system, execute document control lifecycle, support ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 compliance, review device history records, maintain training and DMR records, enter data into EPICOR, support audits, and assist cross-functional teams to resolve documentation issues and implement corrective actions.

Develop and optimize CNC milling processes (vertical and horizontal), create and troubleshoot CNC programs, design fixtures and tooling, support quoting and sales, collaborate with machinists and inspection, improve production methods, and manage process documentation and supplier selection to meet quality and cost goals.

Lead manufacturing operations at a precision machining facility, managing production planning, quality control, costs, staffing, and process improvements. Ensure on-time delivery, regulatory and ISO compliance, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, analyze production data, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and profitability goals.

Performs recurring accounting activities including job costing, cash and aging reporting, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset management, intercompany reconciliations, month-end and year-end close support, budgeting, accounts receivable processing, billing resolution, audit support, and financial analysis.

Develops and improves CNC manufacturing processes, programs, tooling, documentation, and production methods. Troubleshoots process issues, coordinates prototypes and engineering changes, evaluates vendors and materials, estimates costs and production requirements, and supports quality, safety, and cost improvements. Works with customers, machinists, programmers, inspectors, and manufacturing management while providing technical presentations and sales proposal support.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss and other CNC machines. Inspect parts and document inspection results using calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, and height gage. Interpret complex blueprints and follow setup sheets/programs. Monitor equipment, resolve process disruptions, train new team members, maintain a clean work area, and adhere to safety and company quality system. Machine stainless steels including 17-4, 455, and 465 and handle low-volume production runs.

Support and maintain a compliant QMS for medical devices, perform design control and risk assessments, lead verification/validation and supplier controls, execute audits and CAPA/NCMR activities, and develop inspection, process controls, and quality documentation to meet ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.

Design, prototype, test, and document medical device products; create CAD designs and BOMs; verify customer prints; implement test programs; drive manufacturability, cost estimates, and continuous improvement; ensure projects meet schedule and budget while complying with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820.
