Designs, implements, and troubleshoots CNC programs and manufacturing processes for machine-shop parts. Develops tooling feasibility, improves production methods, coordinates prototypes, interfaces with customers/vendors, documents procedures, and applies metrology, SPC, and process capability to increase yield, reduce cost, and support production and sales efforts.

Operate finishing processes including bead blast, tumbling, deburr, heat treat, and passivation. Perform dimensional inspection with calipers and micrometers, follow quality and safety procedures, report discrepancies, maintain clean workspace, and assist in training new team members.

Lead and improve the Quality Management System for a regulated medical device manufacturer. Oversee audits, CAPA/NCR/complaints, supplier quality, DHR and documentation control, risk-based decision-making, quality metrics, and training. Partner with Operations and Engineering to ensure compliant manufacturing and drive continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.
