Develops, validates, revises, and maintains CMM programs and inspection reports. Provides technical support and training to quality, engineering, and production teams; interprets GD&T and CMM results; prepares inspection and quality plans; maintains CMM equipment; supports FAI, PPAP, APQP, Gage R&R, and process capability studies. Oversees calibration activities, improves quality software and technologies, and leads continuous improvement initiatives.

Set up and operate CNC Swiss and other machining equipment, inspect parts using precision measurement tools, interpret blueprints and setup documentation, troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues, document inspections, maintain a clean and safe work area, and assist with training. The role requires machining stainless steels, including 17-4, 455, and 465, and supporting lower-volume production runs.

Operate and set up CNC mills, lathes, Swiss lathes, and EDM machines to manufacture surgical instruments. Read CAM programs and blueprints, inspect parts using precision measurement equipment, adjust tool and machine offsets, troubleshoot machining processes, and help develop repeatable production procedures. Maintain a safe, clean work area while supporting quality, teamwork, and continuous learning across first- and second-shift operations.
