Manage daily HR operations and administer HR policies. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation and organizational development; handle grievances and employee engagement.

Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social, email, display, and content to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation; coordinate with vendors and produce performance reports.

Manage AV and EV vendors by assigning cases, tracking progress, ensuring quality and SLA adherence, resolving discrepancies, reviewing reports, monitoring performance, coordinating invoices/payments, and producing operational and performance updates for management.

Build end-to-end web products from concept through deployment and post-launch. Develop frontend and backend systems, scalable APIs and databases, integrate LLMs/AI agents, ensure performance, security and code quality, manage multiple products, and collaborate with stakeholders while working independently.

Lead and own the product/software function end-to-end: ideation, development, deployment, commercialization, and continuous improvement. Define product vision and roadmap, ensure quality, scalability, and timely delivery, lead technical architecture and integrations, mentor the team, and make strategic technology decisions to build market-ready, revenue-generating products.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue by planning and executing B2B sales and marketing strategies, building relationships with CXOs and HR leaders, meeting targets, collaborating with regional/global partners, and supporting marketing events. Monitor performance, prepare progress reports, and work autonomously while coaching the team.

Develop and customize solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator and other Zoho products as part of a development team. Must have proven developer experience, strong communication skills, and Zoho certification. Contribute to project development tasks and collaborate with team members.
