Leads the organization’s complete technology function, overseeing software product development, full-stack applications, AI agents, integrations, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, security, scalability, and delivery. Converts business requirements into practical technology solutions, manages technical projects, makes architectural decisions, and mentors technical staff. The role owns continuous improvement of background verification products and drives independent execution across product and technology initiatives.

Manage AV and EV vendors by assigning cases, tracking progress, ensuring quality and SLA adherence, resolving discrepancies, reviewing reports, monitoring performance, coordinating invoices/payments, and producing operational and performance updates for management.
