Plans and administers procurement cycles for goods and services, including requisition processing, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, sourcing, trade compliance, procurement agreements, and materials management. Evaluates total acquisition and ownership costs, prepares procurement plans and award recommendations, supports supply chain initiatives, and recommends process improvements for assigned commodities and service groups.

Graduate intern supporting AI-driven automation for CFD-in-the-loop design optimization of engine and propulsion technologies. Responsibilities include developing simulation and optimization workflows, applying machine learning, surrogate modeling, Bayesian optimization, active learning, and design-of-experiments methods, and using CAD, meshing, CFD tools, and HPC environments. The intern will collaborate with research scientists and contribute to analytical, documentation, and communication activities.

Supports venture capital investment activities across North America, including technology and market thesis development, due diligence, financial modeling, competitive analysis, investment memoranda, portfolio management, reporting, and deal origination. Works with global investment teams throughout the investment lifecycle and completes a capstone thesis focused on emerging technologies and investment opportunities.

Supports end-to-end confirmation and contract administration for physical commodity trades. Drafts, reviews, and dispatches trade contracts; verifies counterparty and broker confirmations; resolves discrepancies; files correspondence in contract lifecycle systems; processes electronic confirmations through ICE Trade Vault; and manages daily inquiries. Works with traders, commercial advisors, counterparties, and settlement teams to ensure accurate, timely, and binding documentation.

Provides legal operations and paralegal support for a trading legal department. Manages outside counsel, invoices, budgets, corporate filings, reporting, knowledge management, contract authorization, and agreement reviews under lawyer supervision. Supports presentations, workload management, cross-office collaboration, internal clients, and external communications. Requires strong communication, analytical ability, MS Office proficiency, ethical conduct, and five years of legal department or similar business experience.

Lead the Audit Division overseeing internal audit, special investigations, fraud and computer security reviews. Develop audit schedules, direct investigations, coordinate external audits, prepare findings and advise management and the Board Audit Committee on controls and corrective actions.

Lead sourcing, diligence, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management of venture investments in energy, digital/industrial, and sustainability technologies. Build networks, develop investment theses, represent board interests, drive strategic value with Aramco, and manage exits and reporting.

Lead medium-sized internal audits or assist on large complex engagements reviewing internal controls, compliance, asset safeguarding, and financial data reliability. Plan and direct audit teams, prepare audit programs and reports, perform IT control testing (ITGC/ICFR), conduct closing meetings, and recommend control improvements. Coordinate with management and external auditors as needed.
