Drive new B2B sales for SaaS products by managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, CRM upkeep, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet revenue targets and pursue upsell opportunities.

Develops written, visual, and short-form video content for social media, marketing, and educational purposes. Creates scripts, captions, headlines, and creative concepts; translates software features into accessible messaging; researches trends; collaborates with marketing, design, and video teams; uses AI tools; monitors performance metrics; and improves content based on engagement data.

Create marketing, product demo, explainer, and feature-launch videos for software products. Responsibilities include scripting, storyboarding, screen recording, motion graphics, UI animation, visual effects, AI-assisted video and audio production, short-form social content, and adapting videos for multiple platforms. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams, maintain brand consistency, organize production assets, and refine content based on feedback.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend systems for an AI-driven SaaS platform. Build secure REST and GraphQL APIs, microservices, integrations, database solutions, authentication systems, automated tests, and high-availability architectures. Monitor and optimize production performance while collaborating with frontend, DevOps, QA, product, and AI teams. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning, maintaining strong standards for security, scalability, and code quality.

Analyzes business requirements, system functionality, workflows, integrations, and process gaps. Creates BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system documentation. Collaborates with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and technical teams to translate needs into system solutions, support functional testing and UAT, investigate issues, and coordinate delivery across CRM, PBX, HRMS, portals, websites, and mobile applications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL). Integrate third-party services, optimize databases, implement auth, write tests, monitor production performance, and collaborate on architecture and code reviews to ensure secure, high-availability SaaS systems.
