Builds relationships with stakeholders and supports customer service initiatives. Requires a minimum 4-year degree and 5 years of experience in terminal operations with RTG yards.

Identify, design, develop, and implement new software functionality for port terminal operations. Lead product development, manage functional design reviews, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations. Communicate with stakeholders and support creation of software operational modules for terminal modernization.
