The role requires substantial infrastructure design experience, ideally involving ports, terminals, quay walls, or breakwaters.

Provides administrative and document-control support for a major port infrastructure programme. Maintains project registers, correspondence, submissions, approvals, permits, action logs, and reporting records. Coordinates document packages, verifies metadata and version control, tracks reviews and deadlines, follows up with stakeholders, and manages records in an electronic document management system. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, Spanish and English communication skills, and one to two years of relevant experience.

Leads the terminal finance function across accounting, controls, risk, planning, performance management, governance, procurement, and legal matters. Serves as a strategic partner to the Terminal Managing Director and senior management team, providing financial planning, investment analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights. Ensures accurate and compliant financial information, maintains risk and control frameworks, drives process and system improvements, and leads the development of finance professionals.

Leads the global PMO and contract management disciplines for large-scale capital projects, mergers, acquisitions, and facility expansions. Responsibilities include LAN, WAN, wireless, internet, remote access, routing, switching, firewall administration, network segmentation, vulnerability remediation, documentation, root-cause analysis, and network project delivery. The role is onsite in Callao, Lima, and requires collaboration with regional and global stakeholders, vendors, and support teams.

Provides management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and business-case support. Partners with department leaders and senior management to deliver financial insights, manage planning cycles, monitor budgets, support financial close activities, maintain internal controls, and improve reporting through systems including OneStream and Power BI.

Identify cost savings and avoidance opportunities using total-cost-of-ownership analysis, prepare executive reports, train suppliers on the registry, and verify submitted documentation. The role requires a relevant college degree, at least one year of similar experience, customs and INCOTERMS knowledge, advanced Excel skills, continuous-improvement orientation, and fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Leads standardized Asset Management process implementation across new and transforming terminals. Responsibilities include training local teams on IFS CMMS processes, supporting pre- and post-go-live activities, governing SOPs and asset data, maintaining preventive maintenance standards, monitoring compliance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement and change initiatives with global stakeholders. The role is home-based in The Hague and requires approximately 20% international travel.

Leads APM Terminals’ global digital product organization of approximately 50 people. Owns product strategy, portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, operational problem definition, value realization, supplier governance, commercial negotiations, and delivery alignment with Technology. Builds product-management capability, drives adoption and change across a global terminal network, and advises senior operational and business leaders. The role is based onsite in The Hague and requires global travel.

Provides senior legal counsel for international infrastructure, investment, construction, and terminal development projects across Europe. Advises business and investment teams throughout project lifecycles, supports concessions and joint ventures, negotiates EPC and construction agreements, manages legal and commercial risks, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external counsel. The role requires expertise in construction law, FIDIC contracts, cross-border transactions, claims, and practical commercial risk management.

Lead the specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, and integration of major equipment for the NTB container terminal transformation project.
